HaPpy HALLOWEEN <-_->

Halloween fun…

It started with a fabulous pumpkin carving party at my friend Jill’s on Friday. The kids had a blast and of course, threw a few seeds now and then just to keep things lively. After the pumpkins were carved, we headed inside for some of Summer Bodine’s Taco soup. The kids made candied apples.

Then it was off to trick or treat on Saturday. More yummo food and a fantastic time visiting with friends followed at our good friends, the Langs house.

That’s my lil’ ghosty behind Hannah the clown.

The back of our friend Jason’s shirt… True Dat Jason :)

Finally we made a late evening stop at our friends, the Mahlers. They ALWAYS throw a kickin’ Halloween party and kids come from near and far to trick-or-treat at their house. More of Gavin’s pals where there.

You might have read a few posts regarding our friends the McDougalls who moved to Northern California. Although it’s only been a few months, we’ve all been missing each other tremendously, so, our pal Sonia made a “Flat Deidre” to take with us to the parties and places she used to go with us. HILARIOUS! It’s a picture of one of the few times Deidre was ever seen drinking a cocktail and forever more she’ll be slurping that darned drink. Great idea Sonia.

Here is a couple of photos we took with her.

Just for the heck of it, here’s a picture of three of my friends in their stinkin’ cute T-shirts.
WHATEVER!...just kidding, I'm just jealous that I didn't have one (and wouldn't look that good if I did).

Hope your Halloween was fun and festive too. Enjoy every moment because these really are the good old days.
