What did you do over Christmas break?

This break has been sooooo much fun. Even though we didn’t get to go to the desert (heater broken in the trailer) we still had a blast spending time with friends and family.

Our good friends, The mcDougalls were down for the holidays. We got to sneak in a girls night and park day. So fun!

Lunch at Alicia’s Bakery with one of my besties and our kiddos.

HaPpy Birthday Aunt Judy.

Words can not describe how much I love you.
For those of you who don't know her. My aunt is absolutely one of my life's biggest heroes. She's always been there for me through tragedies, bad decisions and triumphs. She is always encouraging and quick to make me laugh. She's never short on kind words and shows love for us in everything she does. I hope your birthday is full of laughter, encouragement, love and kind words.

Winter Wonderland? Not so much but….

Let the holiday magic begin.

We were so excited to attend our annual family get together with my side of the family. We're so spread out that once a year is about all we can manage but this year we made a committment to at least shoot for a bi-annual gathering. Here are a few random shots of my precious family including one crazy addition, my aunt and uncle's dear friend Randy (minus his beautiful wife Lana). Sadly, we were missing Mike and the boys but we were thrilled that Rainy and Jordan came up anyway. There was still a tiny bit of snow on the ground from the last storm but we didn't get out and play this time. We'te headed back up to Idyllwild in February when we will surely dash through the snow and get more much needed family time.

By the way, my aunt and uncle have a beautiful, large, two story house....but inevidably, we end up cramming as many of us as can possibly fit into the kidtchen.
