First Day of School

My baby is off to middle school (I need a tranquilizer). Notice the loss in enthuseasm over the picture taking as the years go by....hahahahahaha GET OVER IT! It's a tradition!

YES!!! She finally made it!!!

My cousin Dawn has dreamed of being on the show Survivor for many, many years, in fact, she has actually been cast in a previous season's show but was cut at the last minute..... RATS!!! This season, however, she is a force to be reckoned with. I encourage everyone to head over to the CBS site and view all of her footage. Dawn.... YOU ROCK!!!!!! I love you! And we'll be eating pizza and rooting for you EVERY WEEK!

The Birthday Boy

Another fun birthday celebration for the Vargas family occurred on the 23rd of July. My wonderful husband of almost 24 years turned 51 years old.

While he thought we were just hanging out at the beach for the weekend, some of our friends showed up first thing in the morning to surprise him.
