ANOTHER YEAR
Ahhhhhh, the first day of school, it’s always a mix of excitement and dread around our house. Neither Gavin or myself are what you’d call………..a morning person. We never look forward to the hustle and bustle of breakfast, teeth, clothes, shoes, backpack, homework….yada, yada, yada but there is always the anticipation of seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Gavin's a little too cool for school this year. He wasn't too thrilled with the idea of our traditional pic. but OH WELL! I'm the mommy....mooo hooo hahh haaa haaaaaaa (fiendish laughter)
Here’s a little flashback of “The first day” countdown.

NEW ARRIVAL
Tiny hands and tiny feet
Baby’s breath that smells so sweet
A miracle to bless your soul
Our newest member, Brayden Kole.
Introducing Brayden Kole Vargas
Born Saturday, Aug 29th just before 3:00 PM.
9 lbs – 5 oz ~ 21 inches long
Mother and baby are doing just fine.
Mr. Crinkle feet…..I love newborns.
I’m sure the next time I post pictures of him he will have already changed so much but for now, I will soak in his newborn smell, hold his crinkly little feet and try desperately to get him to open his eyes.
Congratulations Neil and Kristie, Kelsie and Bradley. Auntie, uncle and cousin all send our love.
